The center would require about 5 acres of land space which would roughly cost $4 million. A permit would also be required for the construction of the building on the land which would cost $200,000. The construction of the center itself would cost about $10,000,000 at the cost of $200 per square foot for a center of 50000 sq.ft. The interior of the center which would include painting, furniture and equipment would cost about $20,000,000. Building a gym for the facility would cost approximately $200,000 for a mid-sized gym The combined ground for baseball, soccer and track and field would be approximately $5 million. The other expenses such as leveling of land, worker wages, hiring of staff, operational and maintenance costs, research and development, creation of the mobile application, and miscellaneous expenses would be approximately $10 million.
